A short film for Bimringham Royal Ballet. It tells the story of First Soloist Yu Kurihara as she prepares to perform the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker for the very first time.

Filmed at Birmingham Hippodrome and Birmingham Royal Ballet rehearsal spaces.

Working on behalf of Fighitng Films as an on site editor in Mongolia creating highlights for the International Judo Federation’s official social channels. This was part of their 3 day Grand Slam event, launching videos with quick turnaround for same day publishing.

This piece is a ‘morning reel’, a short promo filmed and edited in one morning to build tension for the day’s action. This piece focused on 2 world champions both from Japan and an Olympic champion from Azerbaijian.

Queen's Baton - Commonwealth Games

Produced, directed and edited this short documentary for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Created as a promo to the launch of the Queen’s Baton to be used in the relay acroess the West Midlands. The shoot took place across multiple locations of factories, studio shoots and workshops in the region.
Social edits and specific event launch editions were created of the film.
